What is the ISTDP Interest Group?

The Interest Group provides a venue in which therapists at all levels of training and interest can meet and support each other whilst learning more about ISTDP and keeping up to date with developments. It is an opportunity to discuss theory and practice, to view clinical work on video, and to network with other practitioners. Whether you are considering training or simply want to integrate some elements of ISTDP into your current practice these meetings will be of value.

Who can attend?

The Interest Group is open to trained and trainee psychotherapists, counsellors, psychologists or NHS Mental Health Professionals who have professional registration and are covered by a Code of Ethics. You will be asked to sign on the door to confirm your name and registering body, and to confirm your agreement to keep the video material shown during the day confidential.
